Does using the term "fair market value" indicate that there is an "unfair market value"? We need to start using the term "Market Value". These terms are typically synonymous but it does kind of make you think.

ok, so I go to a vacant industrial building with a secure fenced area in the rear. The lock was changed on the front door and I have a key, right? But I can't get to the rear for photos. So I go in the front door and through the building and figured I'd go out the back of the building to get into the secure rear area for a rear photo. Now the rear fenced area is a 6 foot chain link fence with 3 strands of barbed wire on top. AND there's a foot of new snow on the ground. well, you guessed it!!! When the back door closed behind me the thought crossed my mind. Yep, it locked and there I was inside the fenced area and the key wouldn't work in any door but the front door. After looking around for awhile I noticed there was no wire over one of the gates and as I stared at it and thought about calling the police I decided to give climbing the fence a try. LMAO. Ripped my pants, twisted my foot which got wedged in the gate gap and lock, and cut my hand. But I made it and don't think anyone witnessed the whole ordeal. Any other day someone would have called the cops cause some weirdo was climbing the fence in the back of an industrial building. Rookie mistake.

Been working from home lately and I can't believe I didn't do this years ago. Why didn't someone tell me it was this fun?
